Business Outlook Surveys Job Title: demonstrator Location: medford,ny Submitted on: 17-Mar-04 Job Title Workplace Survey demonstrator i like where i work,its a pretty good enviroment..our dept. has a dress code, black pants and white shirt with a collar, but you can wear colors according to the hoildays.They pay well, compared to other places.it is a non union workplace,which can have its ups and downs.there are not many ways to advance in my dept,but in other areas there are alot of positions,some new jobs,or advancement opportunities are posted in our break room,which they just redid.we recieved a "bonus"this year,and last yr as well,not a lot of money,but it was something.the company also has stock sharing,which is a great way to invest in your future.walmart has been a money making store for many great reasons,and all brought up to its standards by its founder,the original,Mr.Walton.the only thing i'd say in a negative way is that with all that multimillion dollar making in profits,due tro so many people working very hard,they really don't show much appreciation.thank you.
