I am a part-time employee and earn $14.50 per hour. If however, I excede the 40
hour mark in a week, I am paid time and a half for each extra hour. I started
off earning $13.00 per hour. The full time status I have in the summer (while
out of school). That is I work between 24 and 40 hours on a weekly basis. While
a part-time employee, I am not eligable for any bennefits. However, when working
full time, even if it is just for the summer, I am offered medical, dental, and
vacation time. Last summer was my second with the company and I had a full week
of vacation time over that 4 month period.
