I was interviewed by my employer and there was only one interview in the
downtown Detroit office. We discussed hours, duties, safety, salary, and
general work atmosphere as well as my interests towards the job. The
interview took approximately 2 hours and gave me a tour of the new summer
jobs that we had in which I would be working on once I started. Three
weeks later, I was officially an employee. The questions asked by my
employer were mostly on a level of my knowledge of the work, as well as
my education experience. The mood was also lightened by some casual
every day discussion topics such as sports, weather, and what cities we
reside. I also met several employees of all different possitions and got
to know a few of them as well.
