My employer is very organized, hard-working, and surprisingly easy going.
The dress code is for safety as the #1 priority when working in the
construction field. The company is large and contains many men and women
of all ethnicities in several different possitions. As far as
advancement, I could simply continue on and get raises each year working
as a field inspector, or finish my education for civil engineering (which
I plan to do). After doing so, I have a very good chance of working for
this same company as an engineer.
