All full time employees receive 15 working days vacation; after a year or so, you can be promoted to Officer and receive 21 days. You may carry some of these days over, and essentially have a very relaxing year next year! We also reimburse you for tuition, should you decide to go for another undergrad degree or graduate degree. We even offer time off for volunteer efforts. Word of mouth has it, however, that Wachovia does not pay its employees all that well. If I had not known, I would be very happy with my compensation package as it stands, but having seen my friends's salaries in other companies and in other cities, I am quite jealous. The past couple of years, with the downturn in the economy and everything, we have seen a drop in pay increases and bonuses. I received just one raise, and no bonuses so far, and although unfortunate, this is also experienced by other people on the floor as well.
