Not really anything specific comes to mind, other than I had to wait an exorbinate amount of time and the my interview was conducted in a fitness center. The manager that I interviewed with was not experienced in interviewing. Since then this manager has taken courses on hiring skills. When I was hired up until recently managment, screened, interviewed and hired all help. the company has no implemented a program where Human Rescources screens potential new hires before passing them on to department managers for an interview. All management is required to take a training seminar on hiring employees.
