Working for WCI was intense due to having a manager with poor people
skills. Although WCI Corporate has an excellent training program that
does address such issues. The dress code varies per job and facility,
ours was sporty casual with uniform shirts provided. The ours are some
nights and weekends as our facility and department is ammenties. We
feature many special events. The culture of our facility is supposed
to reflect fun, however managemnet being unreasonable at times causes
stress. Management micromanages, and causes dissention amongst the
staff with blatant favoritism and underming employees efforts.
Positive reinforcement is relatively non existant.
