Although WCI Corporate has an excellent training program that does address such issues. The dress code varies per job and facility, ours was sporty casual with uniform shirts provided. The culture of our facility is supposed to reflect fun, however managemnet being unreasonable at times causes stress. Management micromanages, and causes dissention amongst the staff with blatant favoritism and underming employees efforts. Positive reinforcement is relatively non existant.
