As this is a sales position, I receive commission for every sale i make. The average sale price is $1000, which i receive 5% commission for. I currently average around $3800 (GROSS) per month. This includes the $500 per month base wage and approximately $3300 in commission, which equates to $45,000 per year! We also receive a bonus for achieving our individual sales targets. Once you reach $100,00 in total sales, you will receive an additional $1000 at the end of that month. This is in addition to your base wage and commission for every sale.I receive 4 weeks holiday pay every year which I MUST take during the christmas period. This is not an option.
