The working hours at Vision Pursuit are currently 8:30 - 5:30pm. I
believe they go too far with coming in late in the mornings. They
actually don't like it if you come even 1 minute late! And the manager
sits there looking at her watch until you walk in! Now i believe if you
are doing your job, which in my case is sales, and doing it well, 1
minute or even 5 minutes late shouldn't even be an issue! Especially if
you stay back in the evenings! In regards to opportunities for
advancement, i've been there for 1 year now and moving up isn't even an
option at this point in time. There are actually no positions to move
up to because above us, the sales consultants, you will find the sales
manager, then the director, and then the CEO. The great thing is the
dress code. During the week, its black pants and business shirt (no
need for tie) for guys, and on friday's its casual day which means you
may wear whatever is comfortable for you!
