I interviewed with three individuals. I interviewed with a district
director, a regional director (by phone) and with the head of human
resources for the company. The interview with the district director was
largely an introduction to the company, an overview of company culture,
a comparison of my personal background with the expectations of the
position, and a get-to-know-you session. The interview with the
regional director was more specific. Questions were asked as to how I
would drive business, how I motivate others, and how I handle employee
situations. At the corporate level, questions were asked dealing with
store operations and my ability to oversee a store.
