The salaries upon coming aboard were abysmal. In fact, I took a salary
cut from
my last job. Through raises however, got increass throught the years,
to a
point, where I was able to pay the bills. The benefit package was
probably one
of the best ever. There has been some diminishing of the benefits, but,
the
basic medical, dental, vision package was maintained.My vacation time
was just
increased to 4 weeks (and I am on vacation now). One of attractions of
the
benefits program wasthe tuition program. Through this program, I was
able to
take several computer, business, and technical courses, either at no
charge, or
for a minimal amount of money. I've managed to complete amster's and
paralegal
certificate for a very cheap price. The stock option was a big
improvement, but
the stock has been pretty bad lately becauseof all the problems in the
company
