Although Verizon Wireless pays well and has great benfits, their
Supervisors and Mangers are not well trained and they change there
Policy every 2 to 3 months. I worked there when this Company was
AirTouch Cell. That was a great Company with excellent board of
Dirs.ATC really know how to Treat there employees. To Verizon Wirless
that Dose not care about there employees. They talk a good game but
when you need them they are not behind you. There Superviser will yell
at you and make you fell as if you don't matter. They have no problem
in tell you " they will coach you right out the door" or will tell
someone "THAT THEY ARE NOT THERE TO LIKE YOU". The hours are not
flexable. The Dress Code is very laid back. And the only way for
Advancement is if you are friends with the current Head staff.
