The hours are terrible, the job is terrible, and the pay has become
terrible in comparisons to other employees in he same job. Management's
only interests is there numbers, and nothelping the customers. It is
becasue of this limited interests, alot of jobs have become automated,
and for the first time in history, employees have been laid off. I
don't know what the future of this company holds, but if it keeps up
this way, the telephone company, as we know it, will ecome a thing of
the past.
