I flown to Houston from my residence in Canada for two interviews. The
first was with the center manager and another employee working in the
same position as I was applying for. They tested my math knowledge and
wanted to know about my past experience, work related and personal.
This was a very pleasant interview and was more or less a screening
process before passing me on to the VP. The second interview (the same
day)wa with the Vice president of my department. This was a very
detailed technical interview. Here, the is trying to test the limits of
your mathamatical and geophysical knowledge. The main point I remember
is , if you do not know the answer to a question, say so. Do not try to
fake it. He has allot of respect who can admit that they do not know
the answer.
