My salary is in the mid thirites. Parking costs about $100 per month but they do offer the tax-free spending account for it. The health/dental/pension is excellent, with a nice healthy employer pension match but unfortunately not vested for 3 years and I doubt I'll be here 3 years. Vacation stingy (two weeks plus week between Christmas and New Year) and timekeeping policies a little draconian, culture in this division doesn't seem supportive of work/life balance. In fact I've heard nothing from HR on that topic. I know some people telecommute but HR website is really not user friendly.
