I interviewed with the woman who would be my boss and her assistant who I would work under. I had two interviews and the second was with the chair of the department. They asked questions like why should I have this job and what makes me qualified to perform to their standards. Am I a team player or do I like to work alone. The rest of the interview was pretty casual, but I think that there is a form that they have to fill out for human resources that fully explains why they need/want to hire each person, so the final decision is not up to the person that interviews but the answers that Human Resources sees.
