Job Title Interview Survey
Clerical Applying was actually harder than interviewing because it is all computer operated and if they don't think you have enough experiance in one section or the right skills the computer will reject you before the hiring manager even sees the application. I interviewed with the woman who would be my boss and her assistant who I would work under. I had two interviews and the second was with the chair of the department. They asked questions like why should I have this job and what makes me qualified to perform to their standards. Am I a team player or do I like to work alone. The rest of the interview was pretty casual, but I think that there is a form that they have to fill out for human resources that fully explains why they need/want to hire each person, so the final decision is not up to the person that interviews but the answers that Human Resources sees.
