We are under paid and stressed out because every document has to go through a line of people in order to be signed. The company is very diverse, but there are more men in power than woman. The whole company shuts down at 5:00pm, but many employees end up working past this time, and many branchs don't open till 9:00am but the official hours are 8:00am-5:00pm. The dress code is very casual. I wear jeans to work most days. Advancement is hard to get because of the new hiring process. It isn't based on merit and education but experiance, so it is hard to get in the door and tougher to get to the first floor.
