Senior Lecturer At present, the salary at the top of the Senior Lecturer scale is about $85,000 + retirement (about 5.6% matched) . One can accrue study leave (research time without teaching duties) at a rate of 3 months after 4 years of service, 6 month (4 years), 9 months (5 years) and 12 months after 6 years of service. Holiday time is 4 weeks + statutory holidays. There are funds that may be accessed for international and national conference leave. There are about 25 teaching weeks during a 12 month calendar year.
