Corporate culture is apparent more at the upper levels, at lower levels
it is
not much known. Dress code is essentially non-existent, very relaxed.
Treatment of employees becomes unfair at times of budget crunch--ex.:
1.5 yrs ago my job was cancelled together with a number of other 65+ and
employees with identified illness. All employees released (~8 of 200)
were
in those two categories. I was eventually offered a half-time, much
lower pay,
temporary job. pay cut=56%. nb. I'm 67, soon to be 68.
