The current minimum, midpoint, and maximum salaries for my position are:
$82371,
$102964, and $123557, respectively.
There are no signing or year-end bonuses or stock options. Outstanding
achievement (incentive) awards, in several categories, are given to
employess
who
performed best in those categories at the end of every year. The awards
are
determined by an ad-hoc committee that is reconstituted every year.
Vacation-time accrues at the rate of one-half day per week, intially;
three-fourths days per week after three years; and one day per week
after eight
years. Vacation-time is capped at 432 hours and rolls-over from year to
year.
