The company is very strong. Alot of workers and keep adding more and
more entertainment for the guests. We were voted top amusement park in
the state. Our ride spiderman made #1 all over the world. Management
treats employees fair, only think I don't like is the point system.
You start off with 10, if you call in or are sick you lose a point, if
you don't call in you gain a point (within a month) and can go up to 14
points no higher. if you golower you are fired. They give the employees
free passes to the park for friends and families anywhere from 3 to 8
passes. They go up every year you are there, and if you are part time
or full time. You get great discounts for food and merchandise and
for the attractions in florida other great discounts. they are a open
door policy there.
