| Securities Compliance Examiner |
I interviewed with a senior compliance examiner. She was extremely
friendly and there were no difficult questions. We mostly just
discussed what the job would entail and prevailing attitudes towards
corporate corruption etc. Definetely know why you want the position,
and be able to come up with an example of a difficult situation and how
you delt with it. You need a minimum of accounting experience; only 6
credits. There were no technical questions, or questions about howI
thought Sarbanes-Oxley will effect corporations. I think they're just
trying to get a sense of your personality, attitute etc
