Usually there is one interview, possibly preceeded by a phone
interview. In some cases, hiring officials bring prospective employees
in for the day, and allow their employees to interview the candidates
as well.
Interview questions can vary widely - they may ask for particular
experience you have that relates to the position sought; how you handle
stress; how you feel about working for an employer where decisions can
be more political than technical; what are your career goals; etc.
