business appropriate depending on meetings or contacts from outside the
organization otherwise business casual - promotions for those who show
initiative and are able to take on additional authority and
responsibility and handle it effectively - minority employees have
positions of responsibility equivalent to non-minorities, no observable
(nor overheard in the rest room) disinclination to work with, delegate
to, or promote minority employees. Overall an excellent place to work.
