Once you call they set you up with an interview at the nearest location and mostly they are early morning interviews like 4:00 am. You go to the location and fill out an application and then they tell you when to come back for orientation. You go thru a week of paid orientation then after your week your assigned a department either unloading trailers or sorting to different location throughout the buliding. At that time your on a 90 day probation period.
