Current Salary: $19.73/ hour. Union position, 3% raise given every
March.
Step Increases of at least 5% every annual review. Medical, dental,
life,
vision
all covered by employer for entire family with an out of pocket expense
of
$13.00
every pay period (bi-weekly). 9/80 work week, paid holidays, 3 days of
Employee's choice holiday, 2 weeks of vacation to start. Education
reimbursment,
and paid educational training for the area I work in now, or would like
to work
in. 503b plan optional, as well as a 401K. Pension of 2%@55
(renegotiating at
the moment for 2 1/2 % @ 55) through CalPers.
