The compensation package for a manager here in Indianapolis is fairly
straight
forward though the incentive payout package is very complex. My salary
is in
the
range of 38,000-42,000. I have three weeks of vacation time and about a
months
worth of EPTO time for emergencies. Stock options haven't been granted
for the
last three years. There is a 401K match of 6% and it is dollar for
dollar. We
do have an educational reimbursement plan, which as long as a C is
obtained in
the course the full amount of the tuition, less books/fees/etc, is
reimbursed.
The limit for one year is $2500.
