There were three rounds of interviewing. The process was primarily
behavioral based. Lots of questions with "tell me about a time" in the
wording. At first I interviewed with an HR representative and a member
of the Commercial lending team. Then it moved on to a round of team
interviewing, in which I was questioned by another HR representative, an
existing manager and the division president. It was a three on one
interview and that actual turned out to be the last one in those
proceedings. More recently in attempting to advance to another level of
management I was put through three rounds of interviews and one sales
applitude test. The test came first in conjuntion with an interview
with an HR specialist. The next two rounds of interviewing were with
each of the two area managers for the Indianapolis area. They were both
behavioral based interviews. That was the end of the interviewing
process for that position.
