Job Title Interview Survey
Director - Finance I had two rounds of interviews. The first was with the Assistant Controller and it was at Starbucks. It was more of a conversation than an interview, although we did talk about my background and the typical 'why I was looking for a job'. After that interview, I was asked to come into the office for a series of interviews. I met with the VP of Public Relations, Director of Treasury, Director - Legal, Controller, Assistant Controller (again), and 2 Directors of Finance. I cannot remember any specific questions that were asked. None of these interviews were 'structured' (i.e., the interviewer did not have a specific list of questions to ask), but rather they were more informal, conversational type of interviews. There were questions about about my resume or my past experience ("tell me more about . . ."), but no questions were difficult or unexpected.
