Current base salary is $108,000 per year; potential bonus opportunity an
additional $10,000 ($5,000 of that is discretionary, $5,000 is based on hitting
2000 hours). Three weeks paid vacation. Firm offers medical, dental, and vision
coverage; a 401(k); medical cafeteria and pre-tax parking/transportation plans.
The base compensation is less than at the larger Cleveland firms, such as Jones
Day or Baker & Hostetler, but given the lesser emphasis on hours and the
collegiality, it's well worth the sacrifice.
