They offered a very competitive base salary package and a generous
signing bonus. They are also providing a relocation package with cash
incentives. A very good health care plan with minimum employee
contributions, a 401K and pension plan. They also give year-end
performance bonuses based on the company's performance, this last years
was the highest bonus in the company's history. Not bad in these
economic times. I had counted on about half the amount the actual bonus
when I was doing the economics of their offer and the actual amount was
much more than a bonus it was a wonderful surprise. The company also has
on-site physical fittness training facilities with staff trainers and a
nursing facility. The overall compensation package actually is more than
what I had anticipated.
