I was contacted by phone and agreed to a screening interview with an HR
representative, then a screening phone call with a Senior Director. A
few weeks later I was invited to a personal interview with that same
Director and the VP. It was about a 2 hour session. Very structured,
they had a script of questions and were very business like. Most
questions probed my background and elicited "what if" responses to a
variety of situations. The questions probed background, education, life
experiences, and ethics.
