Currently I am at approximately $15.50 an hour, after moving up 2 levels
in pay
from general customer service and being with the company for over 5
years. Our
benefits include paid sick time, 2 weeks vacation (becomes 3 weeks after
5 years
of service), and personal time. We receive quarterly bonuses based on
performance, which can be zero or up to a percentage of our salary.
