I remember having to do a typing test and some role playing based on
various customer situations. The interview process has changed
dramatically in the last couple years, however. It now consists of pre-
qualifying questions and then the actual interview (which is almost
completely based on questions asking for situations or small stories
about your experiences with customers). It can take up to a month to
complete all the application & interviewing before a new hire will
begin work.
