US Cellular has strong focus on customer service and prefers to compete
on that basis, rather than on price. Our marketing division does come
out with attractive promotions, however, to entice customers. I feel
that I have a very secure job, and I don't worry about our company
going under at all. Employee morale is normally very high, due to the
way the company treats us. I would strongly recommend US Cellular to
anyone looking for a stable, fun job.
