Working with US Bank has been a very positive experience. Co-workers are
very motivated and professional. The company really enforces a team and
unified effort, especially between divisions within the Bank. There
seems to be abundant opportunities for advancement and some of the
people I work with in management started out in a customer service
repressentative position.
The corporate structure is very employee-friendly. They offer many
helpful programs through the HR department including counseling on
various life situation, how to choose correct insurance programs, and
how to get involved in your community and the corporation.
This Bank also has a great community focus and is very concerned about
all the regions in this country in which it does business.
