At the present time we are still emerging from bankruptcy and according
to our CEO, the plan has not worked the way he had hoped for. It has
been rumored and written about in the media that we are weak and could
possibly go under in as little as five months. It is unclear to the
flight attendant group whether this is a fact or not. The CEO paints a
bleak picture each time he needs to come back to us with pay cuts. Much
of what has been written does not come to fruition. What gets written
that is fact usually comes out after it has actually happened.
My company failed to go head to head with the low cost airlines saying
that they were not considered our competition, however, they most
certaintly were. It is tough to say whether this airline will make it
under it's current management. It is possible that the board of
direstor's will disolve the company.
