Salary: $89,232. I have to pay parking and a fairly substantial portion
of the health care insurance. They do not pay as much as other firms I
interviewed at last year. They do have a fairly complete benefits
package. I was able to negotiate to come in with 4 weeks of vacation
per year. I had no sign on bonus, and they offer no year-end bonuses.
They do have a ESPP that they company sells you stock at 85% of its
average value for the last 6 months. The stock took a dive since I
started.
