Dress code is business casual.
Corporate culture is pretty good, but they have taken away the 401(k)
match this year.
Hours are flexible, but you are expected to be 100% billable as a staff
engineer, and at least 90% billable as a project manager. They are not
really good at supporting your professional development time. They
expect you to do that on your own time and be billable.
Not many real opportunities for advancement. You have to threaten to
leave to get a raise. We have a round robin of project engineers
continually leaving because they are not happy with the direction of the
department.
