HQ is far away in San Francisco but definetly there is an "in" group watching over staff level engineers. Depending on your direct supervisor, hours can be flexible. There is a dress code, but jeans and kaki's are often the norm for draftsman and lower engineers. Upper level engineers dress slightly better..looking to impress clients or local VP! Kind of a joke. Office is grungy...clean the damn carpets! Why dress up when it is messy? Opportunities for advancement...depending on what department you are in, good if someone above has an eye on you, or you are a MAN! Yup, still that crap. Overall, same as any large publically traded corporation.
