We are swamped in the Water Resources department here in Columbus. We
have built a fairly strong team to win work. We however do not have
many return clients or long term business relationships with a lot of
clients. Employee moral is much better now than when I started a year
ago. We have lost seven employees since I started here last May. We
have a staff of about 15 in the department, so that is a larger
percentage than I would have expected. However, moral has improved. We
are still trying to fill some positions, but as we add employees, we
lose employess and it is hard to get ahead.
