I supervised 4 associates in a 401(k) environment with a customer base
of over 1000 companies. That responed to account inquiries pertaining to
balances, mutual funds, stocks, and prices. Hours were from 8 to 5pm and
dress code was business casual. The working environment was pretty much
laid back with mature employees that had been with the company 5 or more
years. In our area their was a lack of internal opportunities to
advance because we were a customer service group and at the bottom of
the career ladder and management did see us as employees not having
strong qualities but to answer calls.
