The outlook is to provide financial and banking services to small and
midsize companies. To be a one stop shop for customer's financial needs
in the areas of CD's, savings and checking accounts, 401(k) record
keeping services, Trust Custody services, IRA's, Personal Financial
Services, Payroll Services, etc... Their strength was to cater to small
and midsize companies in the midwest area. Their weakness was that their
were bigger banks doing the same thing and with more financial
strength. Employee morale was OK but nothing to brag about. Depending
on what department you worked for employee turnover was low on some
departments but high in others. For example the trust department had a
low turnover rate while the retail banking had extremely hight turnover.
