Worked very hard as customer service rep. answered phone calls (800
number), emails, returns. Work was hard but we all worked equally.
Supervisor listened to our phone calls, and reviewed our work. Also had
reports on workload statistics. After one year, and two weeks before I
qualified for retirement plan participation, I was fired. They claimed I
was fired because of inaccurate work. That did not hold up and I was
granted unemployment. I worked very hard for low pay and feel I was not
treated well.
