With Tupperware your salary is what ever you want it to be and are willing to
work for. Tupperware does offere bonuses for meeting certain sales. Example:
as
a consultant you recieve a 5% bonus when you achieve $1,000 in sales and a 10%
bonus when you recieve $3,000 in sales per month, you also recieve a 3% bonus
for
each person you recruit in for 1 year. As a Manager you recieve the above
bonuses plus a 3.25% bounus when your unit(you and the people you recruit) meet
$2,000 in sales, Then you have Vanguard Bonuses when your unit meets certain
sales, here is just a few of those levels at $7,000 in sale you get a $150
bonus,
at 15,000 you get a $550 bonus, at $25,000 you get a $1,650 bonus and it goes
even higher. This and added Trips you can earn for free on Tupperware, WOW what
a
company. All this and you are in with a special group of poeple "The Tupperware
Family".
