I can only address the division of TriZetto that used to be Erisco.
Erisco, before TriZetto bought it, was an amazing company to work for.
Salaries were slightly low, but the culture there was about as great as
can be. While the culture since TriZetto bought it is still pretty
casual, it feels much different. Dress is still casual with dress-down
Fridays and, at least in the Union office, all levels of employees are
very approachable. However, they have brought change into areas that
didn't require it. Reorganizations were done that seem to have had no
purpose. Positions that were vacant have been eliminated so that more
high-level VPs can be brought in. They've reduced benefits across the
board: we get the bare minimum of paid holidays (no Presidents Day,
Columbus Day, or MLK, Jr. Day). Our pay increases have lessened and
promotions are very difficult to come by. We do have a bonus plan now
that we didn't have at Erisco, but it's very difficult to get it and
when you do, it's nothing much.
