The company is probably at a crossroads. It's at the point where, if
the right decisions are made, it can do very well, otherwise, there
might be trouble ahead. The strongest product the company has is Facets
which is developed in Union, NJ by what used to be Erisco. Since
purchasing Erisco, TriZetto has not made Facets the cornerstone of the
company's product line and has, in fact, removed resources from that
area. If this movement away from Facets as the company's core
technology continues, there could be trouble. But if you work in the
Union office, trouble might be good because there's bound to be some big
company out there that would want to buy the Facets development teams.
