We have a professsional, but relaxed and cordial, working environment,
dress code and relationship with our consumers. I work approximately
15
hours per week. There are few opportunities for advancement. Our staff
does not include any African-Americans or Hispanics, but this is
reflective of our community. We have a few Native Americans on our
staff. Our staff relates well with each other, and we all share the
same common goals & professional values. We employ a great many part-
time Instructors, as and when our schedule demands and/or allows it.
We
are very diversified in our course offerings and we serve the needs of
our community very well. Ther are multiple and ongoing opportunities
for staff and individual development, which all work together toward
building a progressive and innovative staff.
