As far as the environment, Transbotics is a friendly, laid back, place
to work. Dress code was very casual and the hours your worked were
pretty flexible. As far as the Management at Transbotics, I found very
little structured management. Transbotics lacked any defined direction
and vision. Often I found my self lost as to what we were trying to
accomplish and how to go about doing it. Ideas and direction were often
talked about and discussed, but never was it implemented or followed
through. I found that to be very frustrating.
