My first interview was behaviour based. One on one with technical
manager.
Asking questions about experience and asked about specific examples of
certain situations as well as how I would handle certain situations.
2nd round was a technical test. Very similar to MCSE 2000 networking
exam. The exam also covered questions that one might come across working
in an ISP heldesk. The interviewed a total of 10 people. 5 people were
short listed and given the technical test.
